This warranty policy is only for individual customers.

Individual customers accept this policy by default when purchasing 2 units or less. This policy does not include bulk customers and agents and distributors. This policy applies to all products under CNBOU.

CNBOU is a professional inverter manufacturer. All the products will have been tested and aging to ensure 100% effective before leaving the factory.
However, the inverter is an electronic product, and we do not rule out that the inverter may malfunction when non-professional customers are incorrectly connected after receiving the product.
Due to the difficulty of judging on site and the high freight cost of overseas , we do not recommend individual customers to buy directly from us, but to buy from local dealers.
CNBOU officially authorized sales center will provide customers with comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales services.
In areas where there is no distributor, we will provide test videos before leaving the factory, and will no longer provide after-sales service. If you need repair services, please send it back to the Chinese factory.
After our inspection, if it is a customer use problem, we will charge a certain fee, and the customer will bear the return shipping (international express).
